The addition of this new family of products to its portfolio provides benefits such as low off-state leakage currents, stable on-resistance, and fast AC or DC switching, while being produced in a small package. They are impervious to a myriad of harsh environmental conditions due to their shock- and vibration-proof (zero contact bounce, low noise) characteristics. Mounting options include dual in-line (DIP) and surface-mount (SMD) with 4/6/8 pins, and small-outline (SOP) with 4/8 pin set configurations.
Moreover, these solid state relays are more than suitable for general-purpose, low-capacitance, high-current (up to 4.5A), and high-voltage (up to 1500V) applications, with a nearly infinite life expectancy across rated loads. Additional features include extremely high input-to-output isolation and packaging options for tube or tape & reel. Markets and application segments served by these products include, but are not limited to, test & measurement, battery management systems (BMS), telecommunications, industrial, medical, security, home electronics, and telemetry.
